Servtron’s roots can be traced back to 1989, with our director partner team boasting 35+ successful years of experience in the Facilities Services/ Management sector; 30+ years in M&A, private capital, and private equity; and a wealth of finance experience across professional services, real estate, and energy.
Servtron & RMB Corvest
Servtron is a joint-venture between the Family Office of Kenton Fine and RMB Corvest. Kenton was the founder of Servest and has 35+ years of successful experience in the Global Facilities & Technologies Services sectors. RMB Corvest is a private equity company and a member of the FirstRand Group. Founded in 1989, RMB Corvest invests in established, well-managed, medium-sized businesses across South Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, and the UK, with a proven track record of solid performance. Kenton and the FirstRand Group have had a successful 20+ year relationship, co investing in a number of opportunities.
